1. Introduction
Welcome to Vertex K - Digital Service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
We provide digital solutions including Page/Account Bluemark Service, Monetization Setup, Digital Marketing, Page Security, and Design Services.
- Bluemark & Monetization: These services are subject to Meta's (Facebook) policies and approval timelines. Timelines may vary based on platform updates.
- Marketing (Boost): Ad performance and results depend on your content quality, budget, and target audience.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit is required before the commencement of any service.
- We accept payments via KPay, Wave Money, and Bank Transfers.
4. Refund Policy
- Client Cancellation: If you cancel the service after the work has commenced, NO REFUND will be provided.
- Service Failure: If Vertex K fails to deliver the agreed service (e.g., failure to obtain a Bluemark) within the stipulated timeframe, a full refund or a mutually agreed partial refund will be issued.
5. Security & Liability
For Page Recovery and Security services, we may require temporary access to your account. We strongly advise you to change your password immediately after the service is completed. Vertex K will not be liable for any account loss due to client negligence or failure to secure the account post-service.
